How the program works

    Full evaluation

    A face-to-face visit with Dr. Vo, including a complete physical exam, an EKG and lab work, to make sure the plan is safe for you.

    Your personal plan

    A treatment plan tailored to you, plus practical guidance on nutrition and activity. Not everyone is a candidate for medication; Dr. Vo decides after your evaluation.

  3. 3

    Monthly check-ins

    Each month, check in at the office or through our patient portal with your weight, blood pressure and any side effects. Your check-in is reviewed before refills are sent.

  4. 4

    Yearly visit

    Everyone in the program is seen in the clinic at least once a year, with an EKG and lab work, to continue treatment.

Good to know

  • This is a self-pay program. We don't bill insurance for it.
  • Visit fees are paid before your appointment is scheduled. Lab work is billed separately by the lab.
  • Your length of treatment is decided with Dr. Vo.
  • If you're already our patient, your regular primary care stays the same.

Every person responds differently, and no specific amount of weight loss is guaranteed. Dr. Vo will talk with you about realistic goals, benefits and possible side effects before you start.

Visit fees are paid before your appointment is scheduled. Pay online below, then call us at 469-931-2602 to schedule. You can also pay by phone.

Initial consultation or annual follow-up visit

$165

Your first visit with Dr. Vo, and the yearly face-to-face visit required to stay in the program.

Monthly check-in fee

The monthly assessment fee depends on the medication prescribed. After you submit your monthly check-in, our staff will send you an invoice by email or text. Your refill is sent after your check-in is reviewed and the invoice is paid.

Cancellation and Refund NOTICE

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, your prepaid fee is refunded, minus Square’s card processing fee. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss your appointment, the $165 fee is not refunded. Payments are processed securely by Square. Enter the patient’s full name, and please don’t include health information in the payment note.

Weight Loss Program Documents

The questionnaires can be filled in on your computer or printed. Please bring completed forms to your visit or upload them through the patient portal. Please don't email them.
